Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Cancellation will not affect your ability to undertake a MiDAS training in the future.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us by one of the following means:

  • Post:
    Merton Community Transport, Wandle Valley Resource Centre, Church Road, Mitcham, Surrey, CR4 3BE.

You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel your registration within 14 days, we will reimburse all payments received from you. Please note, this is subject to booking one month before course date.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel your registration.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
